All day-to-day operations, including all communication with my clients and potential clients, branding, print design, web design, working with commercial printers to ensure quality production and cost effectiveness, as well as developing and maintaining production schedules.
Led multiple in–house design projects from concept through final production in both online and print mediums. Developed compelling, creative marketing and sales materials, designed with consistency and productivity in mind. Collaborated with multiple departments to create collateral that was consistent with the branding guidelines. Created effective and professional online marketing materials that focused on successfully getting the message across in a web environment and a great user–interface experience for the customer. Other responsibilities included the creation of in–house multimedia eBrochures and demos for training, maintained the company websites, as well as email marketing.
Served as the primary ad creation professional in a sales team environment, working directly with the sales executives and customers to build live ads and to create speculative ads. This involved direct contact with the customer and communicating corrections to ensure customer creative advertising needs were met. In addition to the daily publication, I also created ads for Carmel Magazine, Fishers/Geist Magazine, and IndyStar.com. Additional responsibilities included designing direct mail pieces for assigned clients.
Designed ads for a weekly newspaper and bi-weekly magazine. Other responsibilities included the pagination of the paper. I had my hands in every step of the Pre-Press process, from salesperson to printer.
Designed a 100-page catalog to enhance sales; photographed race parts, functional layout of complex specifications, in-store promotions, as well as flyers and brochures for direct mailing.
